Dr. Mazzaferro performed a complete breast reconstruction on me after a bilateral mastectomy. He was referred from my oncologist, but the first time I met him, I knew he was the right doctor to restore my body to its original form (and better). Dr. Mazzaferro is a master of his domain, highly knowledgeable, well studied, and leaves no detail unaddressed. I feel blessed to have been under his care for the last 5 months. I highly recommend him for any plastics procedure or patient profile.
After Mohs surgery to remove skin cancer on my nose, I was referred to Dr. Mazzaferro who did a masterful job of reconstructing it with a “dorsal flap.” You can’t tell there was a large chunk missing… He’s highly professional, but has a gentle and caring manner and was extremely quick to respond whenever I called with pesky questions post surgery.

I personally never believed in leaving a review until I ran into Dr. Mazzaferro and after the experience I couldn’t live with myself to stay silent. What’s even more telling is that I wasn’t the patient, my father was. My father had an appointment before hand that I didn’t attend and hearing about how remarkable he was I was eager to meet him. From the second he walked through that door, it was clear he was on a league of his own. His expertise, compassion, and attention to detail was nothing short of extraordinary. After long and stressful cancer treatments doctor Daniel Mazzaferro changed my life. I never thought I can have such a nice experience with plastic surgeon like him. He is not just doctor. He is well educated and he will treat you like his family and your best friend.
After double mastectomy I thought I am never going to have normal life again. I was wrong. Doctor Daniel Mazzaferro was the one that changed everything. He did great job.

Dr Mazzaferro is an exceptional surgeon. My wife, Kathy Dobrich, after having a half year of chemotherapy treatments for breast cancer, had a double mastectomy performed by Daniel Mazzaferro. His skill in reconstructing the breasts was phenomenal, making the end result a better scenario than her original condition. I highly recommend this surgeon not only for his knowledge and skills in the surgical room, but also because of his kindness, and personality. As a husband, I'm so happy, he reassured her every step of the process with confidence, and positivity which was essential to her recovery, and she can now retain her beautiful curves and walk in confidence with a smile. Dr Mazzaferro's heart is in the correct place as he showed us how much he cares for his patients. We both are very thankful for choosing this surgeon. There cannot be enough stars or positive words to give this man, he is the best and deserves every bit of praise... if you are thinking about any aspect of plastic surgery, he should be your only choice.
